Watson McDaniel Air Pilot — Remote Control Panels (PL1, PL2, PL3)
The Remote Control Panels are accessories used with Watson McDaniel Air Pilots to provide convenient, precise adjustment and indication of the air signal that operates the HD Regulator. Supply air is fed through the panel to the pilot for smooth, stable control. A minimum of 5 PSIG supply air is required.
Panel Options
- PL1 — Air regulator with adjustment knob and one pressure gauge that displays the air signal sent to the pilot.
- PL2 — Same as PL1 plus an additional gauge to measure the incoming air supply pressure to the panel.
- PL3 — Same as PL2 plus a Steam Pressure Gauge to indicate downstream steam pressure on the outlet side of the regulating valve.

Selection & Installation
- Choose PL1, PL2, or PL3 based on the indication needed (air signal only, air signal + supply, or air signal + supply + steam pressure).
- Compatible with Watson McDaniel Air Pilots used on HD Regulators.
- Install by qualified personnel and verify clean, dry instrument air.
Note: These panels are accessories for the Air Pilot system and are not standalone control valves.
