(1) guide bushing
(1) V-ring stem seals
(1) body gasket
(1) packing O-ring

HB Maintenance Kit (101 Series) Consists of :
(1) HB Maintenance Kit (100 Series; above)
(1) stem and plug assembly*
*Stem & Plug is a single piece unit.

Actuator Type :
EC = Super Capacitors - 1,000 lbs Thrust
ES = Spring Return - 450 lbs Thrust

Configuration :
A = Fail-Closed
B = Fail-Open 

Power Supply :
1 = 115 VAC **
2 = 24 VAC/DC

Control Signal :
0 = 4-20mA, Standard
1 = 0-10V
2 = 0-20mA
3 = 2-10V
