Description
WLD1500 Series – Inverted Bucket Type Liquid Drainers
The WLD1500 Series Inverted Bucket Type Liquid Drainers are designed for the efficient removal of water and residual oil from compressed air systems. When liquid enters the system, the inverted bucket inside the drainer sinks to the bottom due to its weight. This opening of the valve allows condensate to discharge through the seat orifice. As condensate leaves the trap, the bucket rises and closes the valve. Air is then vented through a small port at the top of the bucket, repeating the drainage cycle.
Product Overview
These liquid drainers provide reliable and efficient performance for compressed air applications. The inverted bucket mechanism ensures stable operation and long service life while preventing unnecessary air loss.
